As Senior HR Business Partner, Lanre was responsible for providing a diverse range of HR-related services to drive effective people management within the technical function of the business. Lanre’s HRBP team supported the following business groups which comprised about 50% of total staffing numbers –
- Drilling
- Production
- Logistics
- Subsurface & Asset Management Group
- Technical Directorate
He was also directly responsible for coordinating the company’s complex industrial relations landscape achieving sustained industrial harmony with minimal impact on the business.
Since leaving Addax Petroleum, Lanre has led HR Management Service projects for various entities including AHL Nigeria (A Subsidiary of Stirling Global Group), Living Faith Church Economic Project and others.
HR mentor per excellence, highly resourceful and passionate life-long learner, Lanre is a global certified HR Practitioner holding prestigious certifications from WorldatWork and the Human Resource Certification Institute. He is also an alumnus of IMD Switzerland, INSEAD and the Business School Netherland. Lanre is leading a number of pioneer efforts on the subject of Future of Work in Africa.
